TTB Unlimited, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the web application GangIt™ ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

You agree not to use the Platform in violation of any U.S. export restrictions.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using GangIt™, you ("User", "Subscriber", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Use of Platform

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software;
  • Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes;
  • Upload infringing, harmful, or illegal content.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Users may choose from free trials, monthly, or annual subscriptions.
  • Set-up fees are paid by users and split: 80% to the Platform, 20% to the Subscriber.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. No refunds are provided.

3. Intellectual Property

GangIt and all related content are the property of TTB Unlimited, LLC. No rights are granted beyond a limited, revocable license.

4. User-Generated Content

Subscribers and users may upload images and other materials. You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to this content and grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operation of the Platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms without notice.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Georgia.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or legal restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTB Unlimited, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and TTB Unlimited, LLC ("Licensor"). By accessing GangIt, you agree to the following:

1. License Grant

Licensor grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GangIt on a per-user, per-device basis solely for personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the software;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
  • Transfer the license to another individual or entity.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Licensor. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights.

4. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or bug fixes. Such updates shall be subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. Third-Party Components

The Platform may incorporate third-party software and services, including but not limited to Stripe. Use of such components is governed by their respective terms.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate your access at any time for violation of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

7. Export Control Notice

You acknowledge that the software may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, and agree not to export or re-export it in violation of such laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
