End User License Agreement (EULA)

Licensor: TTB Unlimited, LLC

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and TTB Unlimited, LLC ("Licensor"). By accessing GangIt, you agree to the following:

1. License Grant

Licensor grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GangIt on a per-user, per-device basis solely for personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the software;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
  • Transfer the license to another individual or entity.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Licensor. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights.

4. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or bug fixes. Such updates shall be subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. Third-Party Components

The Platform may incorporate third-party software and services, including but not limited to Stripe. Use of such components is governed by their respective terms.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate your access at any time for violation of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software, including data loss or service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Export Control Notice

You acknowledge that the software may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, and agree not to export or re-export it in violation of such laws.
